But don't let their laid back attitude fool you - they are Speedsters! And can pretty much exist on unlimited unconditional love, a daily bolt around the park & Your spot on the couch.

A motivated live-in personal trainer, a warm and cuddly family dog, an avid rough shooting super-star, the German Shorthair is the ultimate all-rounder.
The German Shorthaired Pointer is where it all began for our family with the purchase of our first GSP from Birdacre Kennels in 1974.
We are very proud to be able to say that we are still in contact with Betty Kindl the Principal of "Birdacre".
Betty was instrumental in mentoring our understanding of this magnificent breed and cementing our ideas of what good and ethical dog breeding is all about. We still follow her ethos of ensuring that we breed dogs with exceptional temperament before we consider anything else.

We have been collaborating with them for close to a decade now and have thoroughly enjoyed being there to watch their phenomenal achievements & handle a dog or two when required.

Having spent so many years enjoying our friends' Vizslas, we were delighted to welcome to our family our very own Vizsla in early 2019. 'Ruger' Bokezu Dantza At Ease, from Bokezu Kennels in Tasmania, danced his way into our lives, and into our hearts. Our deepest gratitude is extended to his breeder Denise Shearing. Ruger has some of the most famous vizsla breed names in Australian & International dog show history within his pedigree. He is whip-smart, biddable, loyal and very vocal. We Love you Ruger!
